Shipping
PROCESSING TIME: Shipments are typically made within 5-7 business days after an order is placed. Not counting holidays or the weekend. However, some items could take longer depending on demand. Please see individual item description for estimated processing time. All orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday season, processing times may take 5-10 business days. Transit times may increase due to seasonal shipping delays with mail carriers.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING: If you’re interested in next day shipping, Please email me directly at shanitra@artsbynitra.com. If the item is in stock I will send you a quote for the additional shipping fee. Additional shipping fees are sent via Paypal invoice for payment, and must be paid before your order will be shipped. You do not have to have an account with Paypal in order to use this service.
TRACKING: After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure that you enter your email address correctly at checkout. Tracking info will be emailed once your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking email and it is beyond the stated processing time, please send me an email at shanitra@artsbynitra.com.
Refunds
Shanitra wants her customers to be happy and beyond satisfied with every purchase. If for some reason your item arrives damaged we would be happy to send you another item at no additional cost, once the insurance claim is complete.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please send an email to shanitra@artsbynitra.com and reference your order number. You must request a refund within five days of receiving the item. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to ship the item back to me. Once the item is received, a full refund will be issued. The item must be shipped back within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase. You order will be refunded minus the processing fee. The processing fee is 2.9% plus 30 cents.
